Scuff on new headlight cover
Can someone recommend a safe way to remove the mark in the photo. I do not feel any scratch or dig into the plastic. I think a bike fell and the handlebars left a scuff. The headlight is on a 2016 Subaru Outback. I tried a couple APCs but am worried about something with a solvent which could immediately cloud up the clear headlight cover. It is in great shape, so I don't want to sand down a layer and repolish.

Try using a polish by hand, just a small dab on a microfiber towel and work it in slowly. Should fix it up no problem, I did the same to mine the day I got it. My old bikes handle bar fell on the headlight.

Definitely don't sand it. Try some polish on a foam pad by hand. If not, some compound/pad then polish/pad.

Light app of PlastX on foam pad.
