Need new pressure washer, any recommendation?
Hey guys, so ....
My cheapo ryobi 1600 PW is having an issue and thankfully it hasnt been 90 days since I bought I can return it (what a fail)
While it worked, it was pretty good, but I couldn't get it to make super heavy snow foam... most of foams would've ran down in one min or so.
I am debating between AR blue clean AR 390SS or SUN JOE SPX3001 (both around $200 range)
and leaning towards more to Sun Joe because it has higher GPM and I think this was why I did not get such a heavy foam.
If you know any other good buy or recommendation,
Please help me

Re: Need new pressure washer, any recommendation?
I just got the SPX 3001 in the other day and used it for the first time today. Seems to be a good unit. I also ordered the 25' extension hose, so I would not have to move the PW around due to the short hose.....problem is you cannot roll up the extra hose on the reel.... not a big deal....just would of kept thing "clean and neat"....I don't have a foam lance....yet....but will be getting one soon.....

I like Karcher PWs due to parts availability. Frankly, after using a commercial grade, electric pressure washer with heat and high pressure soap, all of the consumer grade stuff is a bit of a joke.
You may want to try Flexzilla hose. It's much easier to handle than the standard home store high pressure hose.

A commercial grade washer may be out of your budget, but they're usually good units that will last a very long time if maintained properly. If you're detailing full time, something like one of these would be a nice addition to the shop. A portable one with heat can be used for exterior building & parking lot cleaning, too.

Re: Need new pressure washer, any recommendation?
I've posted this before, but it bears repeating.
Go to Costco and buy whatever they currently have.
Keep the box with all paperwork and your receipt.
When it fails (and all inexpensive electric pressure washers seem to fail) return it and get another. Repeat as needed.
Costco has a lifetime warranty. And electric pressure washers sure do need one.
