One product that always impresses me, is one that is not talked about much (or at all) on this forum...

    http://www.autogeek.net/griots-rubber-prep.html

    Griot's Garage Rubber Prep.

Why? I own 4 vehicles with white wall tires. Now I know many of you probably don't have white walls on your car, but if you have white letter tires this is a must have product.

Cleaning and maintaining white walls is a constant battle and a major PITA. Cleaned and dressed white wall or white letter tires make all the difference though when showing off your car at a car show or cruise in.

This product cleans white rubber easily and better than any other rubber cleaner on the market. It leaves a perfectly clean surface ready for the dressing of your choice.

I'm always impressed with its effectiveness and I think you will be too!

Griot's Garage Rubber Prep, Griots Rubber Cleaner, Griots Garage Rubber Prep Cleaner

    Griot's Garage Rubber Prep.
    I agree ^^^

Tried it recently, along with a magic eraser, for removing some cured Dlux high spots on my textured trim. While I was at it I scrubbed all of the textured trim.

Tried several things such as APC at different dilutions, mineral spirits, etc, but Rubber Prep seemed to work the best.

One of the good things about it is that you don't have to rinse it off (according to directions), just let it dry.

After it dried, I applied a coat of Solution Finish on the trim and it looks great and has been holding up well, even in all the rain we been having lately in South FL.

I think it was out stock for a while but they it brought back.

•Would you be impressed if someone
were to develop a degreaser that was,
    among other assorted line-items:
    -alcohols/ammonia/solvent-free
-one that doesn't cause harm, whatsoever,
    to any water-safe materials;
    -resplendent with UV-A&B blockers;
-has an easy to use spray&wipe cleaning procedure...?

•Well, get ready to join in
    with my merriment:
    -303...Yes!...that 303 of Aerospace
    Protectant fame...has such a degreaser.

    As such...Rest assured that:
303's Marine Citrus Cleaner & Degreaser
    is one impressive product!

Another one that has impressed me is the Flex 3401.

The Rupes are nice, smooth, well built machines and comfortable to work with.

In fact, I have the Rupes 15 Mk II and the Rupes Mini and have the iBrid on my wish list.

But, when it comes to powering through a detail when time is crucial, the Flex continues to impress.

Continually impressed with Rupes Zephir and Keramik polishes, and their associated microfiber and foam pads.

I like how they spread out over the work area, and how they stay "filmy" during the buffing process. When I use Zephir as directed with either pad, I don't get anywhere near the dust that I did last year when I over primed, and washer modded the tool. I'm also impressed with the cut/finish ratio Zephir had with either pad.

The Keramik does a great job cleaning up lightly messed up paint. The microfiber option only extends it's versatility. I've been "one step polishing" a lot with Keramik and the yellow microfiber pads, and the results are exactly what I'm looking for. When I want maximum gloss, I use the foam.

Both polishes wipe away very easily, which is nice. I do have some Keramik that I got second hand, and doesn't have the thick, creamy consistency as the new product I got here from AG. Sometime that will be difficult to remove. Nothing serious, but I do have to pay attention during removal. It was probably left in extreme temperatures or something. The new, fresh product is effortless.

The tools I use the products with are the Duetto, and Mini. What can I say? They're my perfect fit. Not only do they make the job easier, they're also enjoyable to use. Simple, efficient, compact, and refined.

In general, I'm extremely happy with the Rupes system! Very glad to have it!

Correcting cream is preety sweet, you can work it long and wipe off is preety good
even in hot heat. And finished really well.

All I can think is: I hope you have a couple gallons of cold water!

Doing this in the heat, sun, and humidity is just a bunch other fun, isn't it?
