Wash and Wax Shampoo
Hello guys
I'd like your opinion on those wash and wax shampoos. How good is their cleaning capacity and how the wax contained on them are compared to a dedicated wax application after the wash? Would you recommend it for someone who doesn't have time to spend appliying wax?
Thanks!

Which Wash/Wax Soaps are you looking at?
They clean fairly well so long as the vehicle is not overly dirty.
I think a Wash/Wax product is great for someone that does not have a whole lot of time to spend with the vehicle. One thing to note is to follow up with a spray wax either during the drying stage or as a standalone after the wash.

Based solely on price and easiness to obtain in my region, I was looking at either Meguiars and Chemical Guys. Are these reasonably good products?

We all know Meguiar's produces top notch products.
IMO, I will take Meguiar's over Chemical guys any day of the week. Twice on Sunday's.

That's kinda foolish. Not everything Meg's make is better than CG and that sure goes for soap.

Everyone here hates CG and will just say it's garbage based on never using one of their specific products at all. CG makes amazing soaps.

+1
I have used CG's soaps and they really are amazing. I haven't found one that could get as lathery as Mr. Pink does, so I would highly recommend.
I also just did a review on Mckee's 37 Rinseless Wash & Wax which can be found here:

I can't yet speak to protection, but the gloss left behind in a one step is great wash/wax product is awesome.

Not to be mean, but if you think Mr. Pink is awesome, there is a lot--and I mean A LOT--better soaps for you to discover and enjoy.

Mr. Pink isn't even their best. Citrus wash and Gloss, honeydew even V07 shampoo are some of the best around. Meg's doesn't have anything close. Nothing I have used from WG either.
Which shampoos are you referring too?
