Leer fiberglass painted topper
So...I found this 2011 Ford Ranger. Nice little truck, needs some detailing and thats OK....I got that. The part "I don't have" is the topper. It is painted to match the truck. What products do I use on the topper to clean and wax (seal)? This is new territory for me!

Linky not worky for me. :-)
Seriously, the link doesn't seem to work. But I would image you would approach the same as the truck itself, other than the obvious fact the paint will be a bit different because it wasn't done at the Ford factory along with the truck. Wouldn't you just do your normal test spot routine.
