So I went with another layer of wolfgang. Damn. Looks even wetter than before. Really happy with the depth and clarity of the reflections. It was kinda hazy outside so the pictures don't really do it justice. Even put it on the wheels too! Figured it couldn't hurt. I ended up ordering the natty blue because I figured it would be a decent way to get my feet wet in the wax world before I take the plunge on something more costly. I plan to apply it on top the wolfgang. Do you guys think the natty's will make it look even wetter yet again?
Wait, isn't Collinite 845 a carnauba wax, not sealant.
I never saw anyone answer this question.
Collinite 845 isn't a true wax like many of those marketed as a "true" carnauba wax. 845, like 476, is a hybrid that includes all sorts of other proprietary ingredients. This isn't a bad thing. 845 looks great and has really good durability. You can't go wrong. If you were after a Collinite product with a heavier concentration of carnauba, 915 would have been the way to go.
The definitive wax thread. Hope I'm not breaking any posting rules but they don't sell anything. Dr Oldz is the nuba man hands down. Wonderful thread and so so informative.
With that color and flake in the paint I would lean towards Pinnacle Signature Series II Carnauba Paste Wax when you are ready to move up in price point. With durability not being an issue and garaged this would be my top pick for that color/flake. They have it in a 3oz container for $30 to try out but you'll quickly wish you went for the 8oz container ($60). Keep in mind AG throws sales constantly so full price can be avoided (subscribe to the email list).

Reason: can't spell
Thanks for the resources and recommendations guys. I can see how buying waxes can become a bit of a problem for some of us!
So much too choose from and everyone has their own favorites. Impossible to get a answer for the best. Lol. I just ordered a bunch of Collinte 845 because of all the positive feedback on here from the stuff.
Have you given any thought to a carnuba spray wax? It might fit the bill since you're garaged and it can be used to wipe off fingerprints and light dust.
