Indigo microfiber towels are they safe
Are the Indigo all purpose microfiber towels
safe to use to remove finishing polish without
micro marring? AG states this in their description
(enjoy effortless wax and polish removal! These clear coat safe polishing cloths will not scratch black paint!)
The reason I ask is I see much thicker towels spoken about
all the time on the forum. I bought some just for
polish and for wax removal and now I am beginning to wonder if I purchased the right towels.
Thanks

•Let me begin by saying:
-They perform as advertised!
•However:
-If you have doubts about the veracity of
AGO's product descriptors, including the
safeness of these Indigo towels, then:
-I really don't see how my endorsement
will make a whit of difference.

Bob I'm sure they will work as advertised. AGO has not let
me down yet. Just wondering if anyone has any experience
with them. Just when I think I have a grip on things, I find
the less I know.

I use the blue ones for glass cleaning only. There a little matted for wax removal I think.Get something with more of a softer thicker for wax removal for fine paint. If your doing production style detailing, stick with the indigo. This is my personal preference.

GSKR Thank you. I will be working on my
personal car only. I have elite and woobie
microfiber towels as well.

Jim, Are referring to these MF-WRT1616-6? Remove waxes and sealants quickly and easily with the Microfiber Wax Removal Towel 16 x 16 inches
I have several and I have had great results using short nap to remove polish, sealant, or wax and the plush side to buff. I will use 2 towels one to remove the other to buff and then switch once I have used folded sections.

Re: Indigo microfiber towels are they safe
JRP The towels I’m referring to are MF-INDIGO16.
They’re on the thin side. Could it be the thinner
towels load up faster and that’s why the thicker
towels are preferred?
