Upgrading Work Lights Triple Husky 2500 vs Dual 6000 LED

    Hey guys,

I'm looking to upgrade my lightning I've settled on:

    https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/p.2...000747328.html

    Vs

Husky 7 ft. 6000 Lumens Twin Head LED Work Light K40026 at The Home Depot - Mobile

Which one would spot defects better?

    Thanks.

I have tired the one with the 3 panels. Its a pretty good light. The 2nd looks pretty good also. You will have to see if you can take them apart and paint the metal around the light white. It will reflect better

I have the 1st of the two and it works well, but is not good for photography, as the numerous LEDs cause a starburst type effect in photos.

I have a single head version of #2 that I use more frequently

The two headed version you posted a link for would be more difficult to transport if the majority of your work is Mobile.

I painted the reflector on my single head flat white and it actually reflects LESS light but, it does make photos better and defects are easier to spot due to the more uniform light.

    Well worth the trade-off

Really appreciate the replies. I had a feeling the 2500 one would give me issues with taking photos. Yeah a lot of my work is mobile, don't mind lugging stuff around though. Do you think the dual one would be great? Seems really bright.

I do plan on painting the reflectors too.
