How soon can you polish?
I picked up a new pre painted Fascia from Steeda for my 2015 Mustang GT. It came in a plastic bag and wrapped in bubble wrap. Well what I was afraid of happened. It looks like the plastic bag caused a lot of clear coat scuffs. I don't think that paint is that old. How soon can I safely repair it?

Call the company to check.

What Ron said, but bear in mind it was likely compounded and polished after painting and prior to wrapping.
Polishing fresh paint is common both in factory and refinishing settings.
Sweet bumper by the way!
