White paint on walls in garage

I'm going to be painting the garage this weekend and I've read various articles on types of white that reflect best. Any recommendations on what type of paint would be best. I did a search on here and didn't find much so if it's been covered already I apologize but would like some recommendations.

Fyi I was planning on either lowes or menards for where I was going to buy it from. Thanks in advance

For the garage:
I prefer white paint that has an "Eggshell" finish/sheen.

For me...
It provides the perfect low-gloss reflectance-value.

I used exterior semi gloss. A lot easier to wipe off.

yes I have primed the walls (textured cause I'm not the best drywaller)but now need to add some white. I purchased floor tiles and a bunch of other stuff. Will post pics when it's all done but it's all coming along good. I just feel the past few years when I have customers show up my garage hasn't looked all that good.

Definitely semi-gloss, and it makes a HUGE difference with the proper lighting.

It all depends on how you use it and how clean it is. Eggshell to satin will look nice but the glossier paints clean better. I did mine in a high gloss ultrawhite exterior enamel. I have issues with dirt, bugs and spiderwebs. With the glossy paint, I can wipe the whole wall with APC . It is very bright and sterile looking since I did the ceiling too. This may not look well to most. The floor will soon get epoxy.
