With the picture so small its hard to tell. Motometal has a set that looks similar though if im not mistaken

That's a tough one. Closest one I found is KMC XD Series, XD801 Crank Chrome Plated. I don't think it's an exact match but it's close.
 
I just found those too. Only difference looks like the hub cap. Thanks for the input.
