The back room will have a 1/2 bath, washer/dryer/laundry basin, air compressor, plumbing/boiler for the radiant heat, and hopefully a little storage. Our existing garage is being converted into a 3/4 bath and office/spare bedroom.
You can see where they started cutting through the wall into the existing garage. There will basically be a door and hallway there with the bath on the left and office on the right.

Well... It's been a few months, and I finally got around to installing the lighting:
Note the pool noodle mods to stop the doors hitting the poles lol!
Also cleared the side access point with the intention of moving the gas bottles, concreting, and adding a lockable door:
Really trying to get the whole area secure and lockable: still need doors for the "garage", but getting there- they'll need to be custom made due to the odd shape and low headroom.
After that it's time for workbenches, toolboxes, shelving/storage, and then a new project car.
No battle plan ever survives contact with the enemy
