this is what I have. I got a great deal on it, and it comes in very handy because it seems I spend more time fixing things I break on my Jeep than actually driving it..

Yes, but it didn't end real well.

After getting it all set up I went to run the lift and it didn't go up. You could see the main hydraulic line tighten up, so the pump was working, but that was it. I went through the trouble shooting to bleed the lines and no fluid came out at the cylinders. It turns out that the aluminum splitter/distribution block was machined wrong. You basically have the main hydraulic line that comes into this block which splits the fluid into two lines, one for each cylinder. As you can see they didn't tap deep enough on the main line hole and it's essentially a dead end for the fluid.

Good news is that I got a hold of the guy that set up my delivery at 9:30 last night (after hours) and he said they still had one more in the warehouse that they could take the splitter off of if it's machined properly. If not, I'll just bring it to work and tap it myself.

Working in engineering I understand these things happen, but this should have been caught during testing (assuming they test each unit). So I'm not super happy with the lift right now but it's a minor issue. I am very happy with the service from Benco though seeing as the employee called me back after hours, and I'm not even sure what his role is.

I'll post back later today to see if they had a good part...

Chad, you're going to love it!
I have a buddy with a tire shop. Over the years I've done paint jobs, full cut 'n buffs and details off a similar rack. Even for interiors it's great, as you can bring carpets and seat bottoms up to a comfortable working height. You'll have a bit of adjustment period at first, altering your normal routine so that you're not raising and lowering it all day long, but once you get your process dialed in you'll be far more efficient than you've ever been.
    Enjoy!

    Bill
