    New Utility Cart...*Pics*

I wanted to get a utility cart for the garage but didnt want to spend $100+ on one. I found one for $64.03 shipped from Harbor Freight Tools. It is US General brand and is painted metal (supposed to withstand rust; we will see). I like that it has a locking drawer that slides smoothly and has two shelves. 2 of the 4 casters have locks. I really like the red, seeing it matched the garage

It took about 45 minutes to assemble. I like to take my time when i put stuff together like this because i hate to get almost done and realize i put something on backwards, then have to take everything apart and start over. <----done that before, not fun.

You should get one, or one like it. The one AG has is plastic, which i like because it wont ever rust.

No more putting the polisher on the ground while working....right?!

just thought i would post some pictures as well, from still in box, to being put together, and then the final product.

thanks for looking. i think the next purchase i make will be a nice steamer or a rotary.

I really like the cart. that is a whole lot more sturdy than the one I have.

Also....do you keep all your empties...it looks like you've polished off a keg, 2 bottles of makers mark and a bottle of crown....must have been some weekend

    it seems very sturdy.

lol, not all my empties, but for some reason i kept the markers and crown bottles up there. if u look closely there are actually 2 kegs in the garage. the fridge normally has one in it(tap handle on other side) but i have to cut back a lil

I have one myself I bought last summer. I bought it so I could roll my tools out to my car when I was working on it. They are not too bad.

Better get some metal polish and get those kegs polished lest your OCD certification get revoked.

Looks like a nice cart at a good price. Put a coat of wax on it to help prevent rust, and maybe some tool chest drawer liner on the trays and drawer so they don't get scratched, your tools and supplies will stay put too. Nice looking garage also.
