    Car wash tarp thing?

I have no idea what its called but you lay it out and drive your car over it to wash, it has raised edges I'm not sure if their inflated or if they just stick up but anyways it catches the water I guess some people use them so they don't get customers driveways wet. I would like one because I have a chips n stone driveway and if I wash my car it just pools around my car so just thought I would ask if anyone knows what these things are called and if/where I can get one

yea thats it and wow they are I didnt think they would be cheap but 1300 seems a bit steep for a basic model considering Its just some rubber and glue still cheaper than 40 grand to pave the driveway tho..

Just rinse your driveway off after washing/applying dressing

ONR would be a much cheaper alternative than the mat. Do you need to use water? If your vehicle is extremely dirty you can always rinse it at the pay-n-spray then drive home and wash with ONR.

Lightbulb Re: Car wash tarp thing?

Someone else mentioned an alternative that I tried this past weekend. It uses a 2x8 or 2x10 inch board. I had an old piece of 2x8 board that I cut into 4 parts. Placed one board in front of each wheel and then drove up onto the boards. Hence the truck is 2 inches off the ground...no puddles and it allowed me to clean all around the tires without having to roll the vehicle front and back to clean all the edges. Thought this might be of interest to you!

Forty Grand to pave a driveway? I guess you can park 50 cars on it at the same time? I'd just wash the car in the grass.
