New garage lighting.
Pretty excited. One of my customers works for a company that installs industrial lighting in factories and places that need to meet federal regulations. He got a hold of 2 4 ft tubes that are directional and said will give me 4-5 times more light than the LED's I have now in my garage. Will come with mounting plate etc and will mount flush to my ceiling. So, in a nutshell, I will have industrial lighting in my garage/detail shop. I'll post up some pictures once I get them up. They are super high quality and have a 10 year warranty.
You can never have enough light.

Neat! Adding three 8' high output fluorescent fixtures was the first upgrade I made to my garage. Looking forward to the before & after photos.

Re: New garage lighting.
My apologies. I forgot to update this thread. Previously I had 2 single LED 18 watt bulbs which were fairly bright. My garage/detail shop is 24x24. The new 4 ft tubes are 2 to 3 times brighter than what I had. You can see any and all imperfections in the paint on vehicles. They are directional so I have them turned to the middle of the shop where I detail. Very very happy! What a difference. I'm making custom covers for the boxes so don't mind that.

My ceiling is covered in fishing rods. I wouldn't have room to put more lights with our taking down some of the rod racks & I can't do that. I would love to have new lighting.

Wow! Those four lights are nice and bright!! Love the walls too.. You and your son did a great job.. Teamwork makes the dreamwork. I take it you did the lighting first, then the walls, then next is the floor. Good job!
