Man of few words, that is awesome. 26 posts in 10 years of lurking. Well done
May I ask, how often do you lurk?

This is not the case with this forum. Its a wonderful place with a lot of info and helpful advice.
That's what a quality forum is all about.... providing helpful accurate information.
A friendly forum is all about providing a place where there's no forum bullies that have to feed their ego by belittling or demeaning others. When I first came to this forum we had a few of those guys on this forum but after implementing a few forum rules they simply showed themselves the door.
I've personally been running, or better yet, simply answering questions and sharing how-to information in the forum world since I joined the original Autopia in 2002. I started and ran the MeguiarsOnline.com discussion forum from 2004 to 2009 and then came to Autogeek in 2009.
My personal practice is to make a forum both friendly and helpful. I know I personally won't join a forum where riff raff hangs out. There's just too many "good" options available.

Over the years what people have told me is they get what they need simply by searching and reading so they don't join and participate.
What you do see is when someone really gets serious about a project they do join and then start asking questions. That's the serious folks. I'd also say high caliber folks.

Everyone is very helpful here as usually all car nuts are...
Stop lurking and support your favorite site by signing up...
More power in numbers and give credit where credit is due....
Well said my friend...

Bill, I've told Mike Phillips you were the original "multi mitt" guy back before that other guy with the multiple towels named it after himself.

I still use multiple mitts. I wonder how multiple towels work sometimes but I'm happy with my mitts

I'm a newb.
I am getting back into car cleaning after a few years of being lazy.
Wife has a new Subaru and I am ready to pull the trigger on a 2018 Mustang GT when they come out. (Possibly black!)
I have been catching up on all the new products, took advantage of recent sales here and purchased hundreds of dollars of product and dusted off my trusty PC 2724 polisher.
Cleaning up the garage and waiting for the new Mustangs to hit the floor.
Been reading and buying...reading and buying!

The members here are so very helpful. No question goes unanswered no matter
how simple it may be. I know because I’ve asked plenty. The biggest thing I have learned is the more you think you know, the more you don’t. The members here
have so much knowledge and will share with you so openly to help you on your
way. Come on in!
