Accidentally Used Pinnacle Paint Cleansing Lotion on Leather
I picked up the wrong bottle and put Pinnacle Paint Cleansing Lotion on my Acura TL leather.
I realized the mistake when the leather was still milky two hours later. I thoroughly cleaned the leather with OPC 3:1 using a microfiber sponge. I then rinsed the leather with clean warm water using a microfiber towel and dried with another towel.
Looks ok, feels ok and smells ok. Should I do more or something else?

Re: Accidentally Used Pinnacle Paint Cleansing Lotion on Leather
PPL is a non abrasive polish which in your case is good. The unknown is the PH balance of the product and how the coating on your leather seats will react.
The best thing to do is go over the seats with a PH balanced cleaner (i.e. Pinnacle Vinyl Leather Cleaner) if you have it, or as you did by taking an APC and balancing it by dilution.
Odds are the Acura TL has a coating on the leather and nothing happened. Time will tell.
Which bottle did you think you were picking up? Meaning, what was the Pinnacle product you planned on using to begin with?

Meant to use Pinnacle Leather Conditioner. Bottles look the same and conditioner in both is similar look.
