Getting out scratches on hood by hand
So I noticed yesterday that I have a bunch of little scratches across the hood of my car. You can only see them in the right light but I know they are there. Black Cadillac ATS for reference.
Likely dealer installed from when I picked up the car.
Unfortunately I live in a condo and I don't have access to an outlet, so using a DA to get the scratches out is not an option.
Is there a way to do this by hand? Would I have any success attaching the appropriate pads to something like Nanoskin Hand Strap Applicator?
If so can anyone suggest the pads and products needed to do the job? I also have minor swirls that I've noticed in places that I would love to remove.
If it's impossible or not recommended I can live with that until I have access to a power source and I learn how to use a dual action.
Thank you in advance, this forum has provided me with a wealth of information I never would have before!
