Mike, will the Cyclo brushes work on the 3" GG? It seems well fitted for this job.

Someone else asked this question too and my guess is "no" but I'll give it a test and let you know.

OK Thanks, I was wondering about the thread size. I'll wait and see your findings.

The brush will physically attach to the spindle in the Griot's 3" Mini Polisher, here's a picture showing this from this article,

The question is will it spin the brush when you push the bristles against a tire or anything else you want to machine scrub.

    ***Update***

It does work. I put the white standard carpet brush on the Griot's 3" Mini Polisher and tested it out on a tire and the tool had no problem rotating and oscillating the brush.

I do think however to use this tool for this purpose is pushing the tool past the limit for what it was designed to do and you're going to wear out the bearings that support the spindle.

You would also need to science out a washer system to better tighten the brush against the spindle due to the design of the back of the brush housing.

If it were me... I wouldn't do it.

Roger that, thank you for trying it. And for letting us know.

Yeah it seems to work just fine as you don't really need to push hard, just use light pressure and let the bristles do all the scrubbing. The problem though is I think it would tax the bearings and wear them out prematurely.

I'd stick with using the full size DA Polishers with the Cyclo Brushes.
