Im not some guy that holds info for a couple of years and decides to play my cards at some random moment lmao. Either way this has all turned a bit childish IMO. We will be tackling this next weekend - I was trying to acquire as much info as I could before going to town on it. Some really good advice tossed too, thank you all for that. Im shocked that we haven't ran across this before - but I will know the solution in a week and will share it for everyone so you guys won't get stumped if it arises in your endeavors

I won't take paint measurements only because I don't have a paint thickness gauge.... but I will start the same as I always do with the least aggressive method first and by using some products that were recommended for this situation. Either way the problem will get fixed - and it will add a little bit of knowledge to everyone's tool box
