    Help improving clarity

I'm hoping you could help me solve an issue.

I have a 2006 VW GTi - Black Magic Pearl color.

I've been wanting to detail the car for quite some time and finally took the plunge recently. I used the following:

    -Griot's 6" polisher
    -Nanoskin Autoscrub
    -M105 + Orange CCS pad
-M205 + Black (grey?) CCS pad
-CG Black Light + Red CCS pad
    -CG Hybrid V7

The finish looks RIDICULOUSLY good... for the most part. My car was involved in an accident a few years ago and part of the car was repaired/repainted. There is a particular area that was re-done that seems to have lost it's clarity. I figured that going throught the process with the M105/205 combo would bring back the clarity, but it didn't. I notice that reflections just look at little cloudy in comparison to the other side of the car.

The question is: How can I clean up/clear up this area of my paint? Should I consider wet sanding the area?

    Any help would be appreciated.

The 105/205 should have took the hazing out. Try using a white polishing pad with 205.
