I have Fuzion and have SSII on order. I'll give my two cents when it arrives. I really like Fuzion, it spreads For..Ev..Errrrrr. It's different to remove since it really doesn't haze, I guess that's part of why it spreads so well. It seems a lot of the newer nicer waxes are like this, little to no haze. The small tub of Fuzion would give you 5 to 10 waxes depending on car size and how much you put on.

Normally I would suggest Natty's Red/Blue or Max Wax for those concerned about the price point, but the SSII on sale is the way to go here. Great wax for a dripping wet look and lots of applications for the price.

Can't go wrong with DoDo on your Bimmer, but the sample sizes are almost the same price point as SSII on sale for a tenth of the applications.

SSII goes off and comes off exactly the same. U will not be disappointed! Great choice and I hope you enjoy your purchase. Oh and the smell of SSII is somewhat addictive so you have been warned!

Thanks for the warning, I'm a sucker for a good smelling car care product...it can be junk but if it smells good I'll make myself like it

    Re: Input regarding wax selection...

I'll assume that you prepped your vehicle to the level that met your expectations. If so...IMO...That's the best your SGM color will look, as reflected through the clear-coat paint film that you prepped.

You've already topped the clear-coat paint with WGDG 3.0... a very good, very protective, and optically-clear sealant...Thus, allowing the 'SGM color' to now be reflected through "two optically clear layers".

But if you really insist on adding to those "layers" with a wax....Try Meg's #26....Even though it's considered a 'hybrid wax'...It's optically clear when it cures....
Then I'd say: These three "layers" has got your vehicle covered!!

Even if you do not select Meg's #26 and opt for another wax...

When waxes start deteriorating they begin to "gray-out", and
therefore not be as optically-clear as it was from the initial application....Your SGM color will become occluded.

This "new-grayish-color" will be the first clue that you'll need to re-apply a wax, if you'd want. Or remove the remnants of what wax that remains. Maybe even starting all over again.

Nothing started yet, just gathering supplies. Wife got me the FLEX 3401 for Xmas so it won't be until then to start on the car. As I posted in another thread, the previous owner didn't take care of it at all. Scratches and swirls everywhere! Most of which will buff out. Give me a few and I'll snap a few pics of what I am talking about. My previous black E36 had very soft clear coat and was extremely hard to keep up with. I spent countless hours 2 summers ago cutting and buffing with a $20 rotary from Harbor Freight and local OTC products (mostly Megs).

Here are just a few shots of my trunk lid. Imagine the roof and hood having the similar, that is what I am working with.

Until after Xmas, I just have to look at the scratches and dream of how it 'WILL' look with some loving care and good products!

Just pulled the trigger on the SSII and a few other items to qualify for the free MF and free shipping.

I've used the SSII over WDGPS and liked it. It didn't last terribly long (about a month and a half) before it turned a but dull, but then I just cleaned it off and redid it.

Have also used Souveran and P100S, the Souveran was perhaps the best, but very hard to see much of a difference between it and the SSII over the DGPS.
