what is this spot on my paint?

So I was looking at my roof today and I noticed this near my sun roof.

Its really hard to get a good angle on it to see, looks like its hazing or tighly grouped spots of some sort? I dont know how to describe it but I managed to get a picture.

There is another larger patch on my roof that looks like this and equally hard to see unless at the right angle. I just noticed it for the first time today.

Please let it not be CC failure.

Here is a negative of the same pic so you know where to look.

It's hard to positively determine from the photos. Try taking some compound on a cloth and with the pressure from your fingers rub it back and forth and see if it improves.

So I took a microfiber applicator and some ultimate compound and with passion, buffed the crap out of it.

It looks like it may have been removed, but I lost my sunlight so Ill have to wait till tomorrow to know for sure.

I noticed more fainter similar spots near the center back of my roof while working on this.

Here is to hoping its just dried compound or wax that didnt get fully removed.

I have seen something that looks similar to your picture, and it was moisture that had gotten in between the base coat and clear coat. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but if its still there when you look at it in sunlight take it to your local body shop and pick their brain.
