advice: Optimum vs Menzerna

Hi everybody

Don't know whether it's the right section for this type of question. (apologies)

what would you prefer as Compounds & polishes?


the Menzerna or the Optimum line

• Menzerna Super Intensive Polish PO83Q vs Optimum Compound / HyperCompound
• Menzerna Super Finish PO106FAQ vs Optimum Polish/Finish Polish

Same for the Sealant

• Menzerna Power Lock Sealant or the Optiseal?

Based on ease of use with a rotary, cost- & quality-wise, which ones would you prefer?

Hope to hear from you guys, as I'll be buying either of them.

(I've got 2 bottles of M80 that I'll try on some scrap panels & some old cars in 2 or 3 weeks time, any suggestions will be most welcome.)

Both of the polishes menz and opti are great.
you cant go wrong with either.
I have them both and prefer them and other polishes
you can't go wrong..
now if you are working on hard paint i would prefer m105 and 205..
sealant for me is opty

Haven't tried the Optimum polishes, but I love my Menzerna!

Both lines work very well and you can't go wrong with either.

I basically have Menzerna's entire line and I have tried Optimum's Hyper Polish Spray. The Optimum spray works very well and it convenient and easy to use. I think that the Menzerna line give you more flexibility therefore allowing you to fine tune your process.

Give them both a try, they're not all that expensive.
