Well if it's already been repainted once by the other dealer then you may as well have them paint it right...just make sure you tell them you don't want any tape lines or evidences of painting.
Dwayne, it is actually very hard to get a perfect color match on cars which is why they often blend into adjacent panels. When we re-shot my rear bumper there were 13 different color variances (swatches) to choose from. We all agreed on the one that matched best and it still came out a little different!
