New Acura TL Shield.....How do i get rid of the haze?
A friend of mine has a new TL and we can't get the shield in the front to be clean and haze free.
It's strange. i've tried every cleaner i have and even a glaze. It's basically plastic that looks like polished aluminum.
It's just this weird haze you can see in certain lights.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Im guessing you have tried cleaning both sides right? If not try that too. Just I wouldn't use an abrasive cleaner on the side with the "chrome". If its not on the surface there isn't much you can do.

I have a '10 MDX and had the same issue. I took a MF and a dab of XMT360 and just did a real light rub on the shield with the MF. I am talking just a little more pressure than wipe on. I let it dry and wiped off and it came out just perfect.
