    Re: Possible Pad "Dryer"

How short of time would everyone like to see this model work? I was thinking within 12 hours but I'd like to hear from people who use pads on a nearly daily basis. How long do your pads normally take to dry and how often would you need to use the freshly washed ones?

    That's a key influencer for turn-around time.

Someone that owns a lot of pads can simply switch out to a clean, dry pad. Someone that only owns a few pads will need to re-use a washed pad sooner.

The 12 hour idea is probably the easiest criteria to meet, doing the job faster will just be a matter of air-flow, heated air, design...

    Re: Possible Pad "Dryer"

Ok, need some peoples help again. Maybe Mike has better access to this, but I need the weight, in grams (0.0g) of completely dry (over a week or more) or brand new HydroTech pads. I want to know what they weigh brand new. I'm pulling in some pretty impressive data results and have tons more ideas to hopefully make this even better. One thing I have noticed, and it's pretty obvious once you think about it, is that they cyan and tangerine pads dry much faster than the crimson pads. Largely due to the pores are much more dense on the crimson pad and much lighter on the cyan pad. I need to get my hands on more pads to continue testing as I'm using half my stash for testing inside the box, and the other half for testing outside the box. I have a dealer locally that is going to get me some raw material so I can upgrade from the wooden version I'm running now. If nothing else I have had a blast tweeking and revamping this design! Time will only tell what happens next. If anyone thinks of anything else they would like to add as ideas to this, I'm still open to hear. The more feedback I get from others the better the design will be in the end, and with any luck for you! Thank you everyone!
