    Stain on clear bra

I have some yellow stains on my clear bra from bugs, I tried to remove them as soon as i saw them. I used Scratch- X, Bug and tar remover,Wolfgang swirl remover and polish enchancer, WD40, cleaner/wax and Xpel's own cleaner/stain remover. On some spots I rubbed the clear coat on the bra thin and the stain persists. What can I do?

Sounds like your clear bra is either wore out or you got an elcheapo brand.

I have had the same issue. It does not take long for the sun to bleach those yellow stains out.

I agree with 04SI. I experienced the same stains on the clear bra on my cars over the years and they always bleach out once the bug remains are cleaned off. I hope your experience is the same.

    Re: Stain on clear bra

As some have already said, the sun will bleach the stains out.

This happens all the time on my Alpine White Z4M Coupe with 3M Invisabra protection.

    Re: Stain on clear bra

I tried isopropylalcohol and clay with no luck. My vehicle is also white and I will keep an eye on it to see if it fades. If it doesn't it will be too baked in to do anything about it anyway and I can't rub on it anymore without further damage. Its an Xpel brand which i belive to be a name brand.

    Re: Stain on clear bra

The dealer that installed my Invisabra told me that bug spray will do this and that after washing the gunk off, the sun will bleach it out. It seems to take about two or three days then its gone..

    Re: Stain on clear bra

Relax. It will be okay. I currently have X-Pel Clear Bra on my car. It is a product I have used since 1999 on all my cars over the years. So far, the bug juice staining has never failed to fade in a very short time.
