colored wax?
Hi,
I have 2 light colored cars one white and one silver. I'm always missing spots on the cars either putting on the wax or taking it off. Does anybody make a carnauba wax w/ a color added?
thanks,
Mike

Dodo Juice waxes have color in them, maybe pick a dark colored wax?

Re: colored wax?
Light colored cars are very difficult to see the paint surface which makes it kind of tricky to apply and remove waxes evenly.
Instead of a new wax, I suggest proper lighting, such as the Brinkmann Dual Xenon to inspect the paint surface after applying the wax and after removing to insure proper coverage and removal.

If you want an amazing colored wax go with Dodo Austintacious, my favorite wax under the $100 mark.

Hey Mike,
In addition to using a colored wax, I just watched Mike Phillips' video on how to apply and remove carnauba wax. At the end of the removal step, he showed a final buffing step that was slow and delibrate that I plan to incorporate into my own wax removal process. I figure that I will minimize the number of missed spots when removing the wax on my own cars as well as leave a cleaner finish.
I've also had good luck with OPT Car Wax on white and silver cars. It's a spray on and wipe off wax product that is amazing over WGDGPS. It won't leave missed spots either.
Good luck.

Dodojuice, or some nice lights. Nice lights would be the better option, as they're a necessity for other things as well. I have the same problem as you! Black seems so much easier to take care of than white, regardless of what people say.

Re: colored wax?
You could also go over the car with a spray sealant afterwards. Should get any remainings off.
