Spotty Corrections
Do any of you use a polish to touch up small areas after a routine car wash? I never hear about using polish with or without a DA or rotary to do a small touch up after a routine car wash rather than a full correction.
I have some small spots of something that clay, bug & tar remover, mineral spirits & chemical cleaners just don't seem to touch. I used some Ultimate compound and it works well, but I would just be using it in small spots all around the lower part of my vehicle. Is this normal practice that I just don't hear about? Thanks.

I have done this but try using something WAY less abbrasive... a finishing polish or cleaner would probably do the trick
