3M Swirl Mark Remover
Back in the old days when I used to do some detailing, I bought some 3M products and foam pads for my Milwaukee rotary buffer. One of the products is the Perfect-It Swirl Mark Remover for dark colors (#39009).
As I mentioned in another post, I'm going to detail my niece's car this weekend. It's never been detailed and spend all of it's life outside (it was a rental car before she bought it). I have a GG 6" ROB but only have GG Machine Polish 3. While it is fine for my vehicles (paint is very good), I don't think it will make a dent in her car based on what I have been reading here. I would think the Megs twins would probably be the combo I would need but since I don't have them, would the 3M product be a sufficient substitute?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Eric

It's been YEARS since I've seen or used that stuff. Definitely not a product I'd choose for my arsenal these days.

The 3M Swirl Mark Remover may have also broken down over the years. Best check it's consistency. I'm guessing it's probably watery after all these years.
