I LOVE my california water blade and finish the rest with the absorber.

Re: Which do you prefer and why?
I got the CRSpotless DIC-20 that i use to do the final rinse and then i go inside and let the car dry on its on in the sun. The CRSpotless works wonders. I only have the occasional water spot and just clean those up with a QD.

I've only used the cobra waffle weave, but my sweet hubby who works at lowes just brought home some clearance (2.99 I think) absorbers. With all this good press, I will try them with the next wash.

I love the Absorber! Works really well and doesnt scratch the finish.

Waffel weave with a leaf blower. But I have not done more than 2 cars in a day.

Hmm. Sounds like a useful investment. I'm gonna have to try one of those out.
I use mostly the Cali water blade then follow it up with Microfibers. I use a leaf blower when I can.

Re: Which do you prefer and why?
I use the Absorber and must say I've been looking to switch. I haven't used my leaf blower because it's a large backpack Stihl and I wash and dry in the garage/shade and that blower WILL take everything off the walls of the garage.
I've been looking to try a WW microfiber to see if they're any better than the Absorber but haven't done a search here at AG to see what's the best. My problem is that the Absorber just doesn't leave the surface dry. I see little water spots on the windows when I go to use the truck again.
Now that SPRING IS FINALLY HERE, I'm stoked! Ohio winters suck!
Sooooo . . . where are those WW microfiber threads?

Re: Which do you prefer and why?
I have to agree with those using the leaf blower... I got a cheap one from Sears a couple years ago (40 bucks) and it leaves so little water on the car after that I could do 5 cars with my WW towel to pick up what is missed.
I have to give a word about the Absorber too... I used to use them to dry my car in the past... While it doesn't scratch the car, it doesn't have a nap like MF towels do... So it could pick something up and scratch the car... So be careful if you are using one of those....
Hope this helps

I hope you are joking. Word of caution to Jpegs13. You are looking for trouble. One of two ways.
My wife would probably do the car if asked, but she is left handed. You ask why does this matter. Well her wedding band is on her left hand. Her wedding band (diamond is very large) would probably do a nice job on the paint finish before she was done. Being left handed the left hand is dominate. If you want you car done to your specifications (perfection), I do it myself. Otherwise its going to cost you, and cost you. He He !!! You see before finding AG if could afford stuff, its those BOGO offers that drain my bank account, etc.
