Meguiars NXT over XMT360 ????
I really liked the results with 360 and finished it off with NXT liquid wax. I read in the Meguiars literature they don't recommend laying over a sealant. Should I 'redo' and suggestions? I like the idea of a sealant and the long term protection. Thanks.

your fine. from what i know, 2.0 is/acts like a paste sealant. either way, it's fine to layer any sealant wether it's with another sealant or nuba.

Thanks. Did a clay bar, xmt360 and NXT2.0 and the wife's Lex looks better than new and has an infectious feel.

From what I understand, NXT has some cleaners. So the sealant left behind by 360 will be stripped when you apply NXT.

That was my fear as well. Sounds like you use one or the other. I'd really like to stay with a sealant but I'd like the added depth of a wax. Guess I can't have everything.
Thx for all the help.

I too would think NXT and its ingredients would remove some/all of the previous product. I think its best to use one or the other. Lots of spray products , and boosters, to help either continue a freshed wax look too.

You just need to use a wax with no cleaners such as fuzion, souveran, collinite, etc over the xmt360

I love 360 (use it on chrome too: you'll love it). I would follow it up with Duragloss 105 or Collinite.
