Does Zymol Wax Actually Last??
Mike,
I have heard from many people, websites, etc. that Zymol Waxes look great, but last about a month..
I'm curious if that is true..
Secondly, what is the biggest visual and durability difference between Zymol and what I currently use, which is P21S Concours-Look Wax???

Most waxes only last 2-4 weeks anyway, even synthetic waxes. A sealant offers MUCH longer protection and with the newer formulas, they look almost as nice as the best waxes you can buy. If you prefer some of the depth a wax can give, you can just put a coat of your favorite wax on top of the sealant after it cures.

Right now my combo is Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant, followed by (2) coats of P21S...
What's your thoughts, and would you replace either of those??? if so why??

I wouldn't change a thing. Just remember that you have to reapply the wax every few weeks or so.
We use Wolfgang Sealant 3.0 and it's awesome. Haven't used the P21S, but I've read it's pretty nice wax. There are better, but it's still a great wax.

The higher the nuba content the longer a wax will last. So say you use Vintage, it will last for awhile.

What is an example of better wax in the same price point??
Also, are Zymols claims of their wax for Toyota's being different from their wax for Volvo's actually true??? Or is it just marketing??

That is just like Swissvax, it is all marketing. When you get to that price point there really is only Zymol and Swissvax.

Just marketing. Go ahead and jump on the BOGO special here at Autogeek and get the mini Wolfgang Fuzion Wax, you won't regret it. Also, your not going to have to think about the make and model of your vehicle, you are getting a top quality product to use on the paint regardless of what you drive.

So where would you go if you were stepping up a price point or two from P21S, Zymol, Swissvax???
....and would a customer actually notice the difference (whether I would notice becomes fairly irrelivant if the customer is looking for a certain price for the overall service)

I agree Asphalt, that's how they're. I'm not knocking them as good wax makers, they are two good high end wax companies, just not good enough to justify the cost to me. If anyone is happy with them, i say buy from them.
