The Best 2-Step Menzerna Application
Mike,
I'm interested in hearing your advise on the best 2-Step Paint Polishing system out of the Menzerna line.
The reason I am most interested in Menzerna, is (A) they make your polish (so it must be good) and (B) the specific "milling" of the abrasives.
I'm starting a detailing business, and am interested in providing my clients with a level of service not commonly associated with your everyday (production work) detailer.
I am learning quickly that I need experience to really be a show car detailer, but I want to be a step above the normal, Meguiars, Mothers style detail.
I am purchasing a Flex 3401, so with that in mind, what Menzerna products can I use to give the best results without charging show car detail prices - i.e. I want to be in the $99 - $149 per vehicle range.
Thanks,
London

I would make it at least a 3 step - Super Intensive Polish, Super Finish "Nano" and a good Wax. I would recommend using the Wolfgang Fuzion Estate Wax or the Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax. I would at least charge $250.00 + for paint correction using Menzerna products and a high end Wax.

Think I may have been unclear. I wasn't including wax step, cause I was planning on doing that anyway. I was more interested in the polish end of things.
Thanks for the recommendations!
By the way, what's your thoughts on "Nano" followed by PO 85???

In my opinion, I would recommend Menzerna Power Finish aka PO 203. I and I believe I've heard others on this forum think its a really good product. Its one product that has medium cutting abilities but finishes almost like nano. So you basically have a product that can polish and jewels all in one. I've used it and can't get enough.
Here's the link
Menzerna Power Finish PO 203, one step polish, swirl remover, finishing polish, car polish, german car polish, menzerna polishing compounds, power

Curious, what is the biggest (visible) difference between Power Finish and Nano, assuming that you would follow them with 85 RD and a quality wax???

Visibly deeper gloss with the PF. It cuts & jewels within one step. The 85RD would be best to follow the PF on the darker colors depending on how severe the paint correction was.
PF basically works as a 2 stage process in 1 stage. So the level of clarity could be compared to a finish that had received 2 polish stages.

Appreciate it. That is exactly the answer I was looking for. Think I will go ahead and buy them both and see. I have a White, 2004 Toyota Sequoia, which may only need the Power Finish - I'll probably use both though, just cause I'm anal
Thanks again

Also, if you use a light green lake country pad (polishing/finishing pad) this will help the powerfinish jewel the paint even nicer. Power Finish by Menzerna is really a spectacular product. And i don't mean that lighty Good luck with everything and show us some before and afters, i would love to see them!
