I’m away from home right now so I can’t take a pic but at the time they were made by Sterilite and came from Target. I’ll try to remember to take the pic when I get home.
Treat it like it's the only one in the world.

I make sure they are dry first, normally extra dry to make sure. I use a dehumidifier inside the house in a closed room.

Just fold them over and put them away.
I hate putting anything in air tight containers. Just today I found out 1 of my pads got ruined thx to being inside of a clean plastic trash can that I’ve been using to store my dirty microfibers & pads. And it’s not even really air tight but I obviously waited too long before getting around to cleaning it.
I way of thinking they are isolated from each other putting them in a bag. I plan to put them in 3x cupboard, type with drawers, for each of our cars.

I'm not answering for Big Dave, I keep mine in totes too, and I always wash out a new tote before I use it
After I load it with towels the lid comes off long enough to grab a few towels or replace washed towels and then goes right back on so I honestly never thought about the need to clean them out
I guess it could't hurt occasionally but if you find crap in your tubs you need to take a look at your towel care and use regimen and maybe make some changes

No need to, so far. One is kept for used MFs, waiting to be washed, and even that one is still clean.
