    WHY would Autogeek throw away customer service?

    One of the perks in living in STUART, FLORIDA is having Autogeek right here.
    now no one answers the phone , no one answers chats . Do I have to go to the warehouse & know on the door?

    Looks like some group of Pencil pushers concerned with nothing but PROFITS (Probably from Wal Mart) figure self check out +less service = more money for me (cooperate conglomerate )

    If this is so I will cut off my nose to spite my face & shop elsewhere.

    Chime in if you're tired of having to run your business & everyone else's too.

    I hear tell of Rumours that a lot of people are getting screwed up orders & unhappy with the AG.

    VENT IT HERE!!

    That certainly is troubling. I think it reinforces further to me to just shop elsewhere.

    Come to find out they left Florida to be a internet only whatever. Im done with Auto Geek!

    It’s a shame seeing what Autogeek has become since being sold. I placed an order a couple weeks ago only because I received a $50 gift certificate for Christmas. The box was damaged (poor quality cardboard). I was shocked the contents weren’t damaged.That’s the last order I will place with them.
    I shop at Detailed Image and Autoality now. ( I guess I can say that, lol). Autoality has free shipping, no minimum.

    I haven't ordered a thing from AG in years, and rarely even visit the forum as of late. (Hard to believe they still support it....)

    AutoGeek has been sold down the corporate river. What a pity.

    Money talks, and loyal customers walk. Pencil pushers win, and we all lose. Disgusting, but not surprising.

    I am all too familiar with private equity, holdings company's and corporate driven agendas. I have been living it for the last ten years of my career. Now to watch AG go down the same way.... Corporate comes in thinking its easy because prior ownership was successful but they only know numbers and the not the human side of business. The people. Then they wonder why they can't grow the business. Frustrating!

    I ordered a couple of dp and Wolfgang products not that long ago when they were super cheap and everything arrived within a reasonable time frame and in good shape. I even got a couple of extra spray heads and I thought that was nice… until I came to use them. Every sprayer was defective. I guess it’s not really their fault at the end of the day but come on. Also noticed the selection of products have greatly decreased. Hard to see this place go downhill as quickly as it did.
