    Question on Caramic Products

    Hello AG Members,

I've been itching to try ceramic products lately and have been wondering a couple of things.

#1. What sort of protection does one get using just a ceramic polish, and stopping there vs polishing the paint with regular polish, then followed with a ceramic coating?

    Any feedback is helpful. TIA

    Re: Question on Caramic Products

They're not even in the same ballpark. You may get a few months of protection out of an all-in-one ceramic polish and it's still not on the level of a glass bottle coating. The chemical resistance and durability of a glass bottle coating is miles ahead of a ceramic polish. If you're going to take the time to polish and you're comfortable with applying a coating, that's the way to go.
