I waterless wash sometimes, and when I do I can get by with 2 Costco Kirklands and 1 drying towel.

Each towel provides 8 sides, and I usually finish up wringing out 1 of the towels and wiping down the exterior glass. It’s ok that the towel is dirty because glass doesn’t scratch and I can come back with my glass towel and finish it up properly without getting my glass towel super dirty. Sometimes if it’s not too bad I’ll just wipe the glass dry with the same towel I dried the car with and be done with it.

The wheels get done with hose & water. This is on a full size sedan. SUV’s & vans would require more than 2 towels. And I use plenty of waterless wash to the point where my towels wind up dripping wet.
