Anyone hear a big proponent of waffle foam pads on a da polisher?
I've been watching some videos from the folks at DIY Detail and they are big proponents of using waffle foam pads on a da polisher. They say the waffle pads run cooler, glide over the surface better and are easier to use for beginners. Anyone here feel the same about waffle pads?

Your correct. Have you had a bad experience with him?

I use flats that I can clean with a brush when I'm using them. If I had an air compressor to blow them out, they could be an option.

I tried them years ago and found flat pads more effective.
My experience.

No, never met him. I watched a video or two of him b4, cant rememeber what it was about, maybe one had to do with cleaning pads on the fly by dippng them in some sort of solution and then reusing them even though they are damp. I forget what the other had to do with. From what i gathered, hes an idiot lol

Waffle pads are not for me, have a few sitting around, but I believe the flat ones are more effective and for some reason more durable.
