Tiny Stone Chips In Paint - How To Repair?
I have a 2018 Honda hrv grey. When cleaning it we noticed some very tiny chips in the clear/coat/paint on the roof above the windshield.
They are noticeable when you look across the roof. I tried some scratch remover to try and make them less noticeable but it didn’t work.
They appear as white specs. So small that I don’t know how I would touch them up, but noticeable enough to be seen.
Does anyone have any suggestion for trying to touch them up without making them look worse or something else to try?
Nothing too aggressive as I already know the clear and paint on this Honda is quite thin.

If clear is only affected, then a tinny coat of touch-up clear, layer by layer, and plenty of time in between the layers.

Dr colorchip. I like using their small squeegee to do touchup.

But now you need to get the scratch remover out of those chips or the touch up paint will not adhere. Maybe some mineral sprints or acetone will get it out.
