Yes it is the same thing

I just went on the Kaercher website and that is the term they use and I would suspect others use it as well

Re: Pressure washer brand and model

I was just thinking this myself earlier this morning. We have a nice Kranzle at work. But it looks like the one Obsessed Garage sells, whom I wouldn't patronize if they were the last detail supply outlet on the planet.

I was wondering if there's something comparable, or even another seller to get it from... I don't often use my Ryobi but when I do it gets the job done.

Another though was getting something portable because I still have customers I travel to.

    Oh dude.....

I'm physically repulsed with anything to do with him.

We have his wash buckets at work, and I'm going to spend my own money to replace them. I'm literally paying him to go away lol!

They were there before I started there, but oh man....

Does the K5 Karcher specs look ok for Foam Cannon?
I think the K2 spec is a bit low but some people use them.

I am going to get crucified for this but here goes

As far as I am concerned the advertised specs on any electric machine under $500 are essentially worthless because as far as I have seen personally and been able to see anecdotally you cannot count on ANY of those specs to be anywhere near accurate

I have had several Kaerchers in the past and none of them lived up to the specs but then neither do the other "non pro" machines

I went on youtube just now and found several videos of people successfully using both the K2 and K5 with garden variety foam cannons

I have always felt part of this equation is connected to the water pressure in the system you hook the machine up to

My electric machines in Alaska never seemed to suffer because I was on a well and my weltrol tank wasn't especially large but when I had the house painted the guy had a monster gas machine and it had trouble as my well pump cycled because it had a huge GPM requirement and it kept starving for water

I would think either of the machines you listed would give you ok performance as long as you use a 1.1 orifice in your cannon assuming your water system can feed the machine sufficiently

I would hate to steer you wrong and not knowing where you are or where you are planning to purchase your machine I hope you take everything I said with a grain of salt

It would be cool if you bought your machine somewhere that you could return it if it doesn't work with your foam cannon setup

This is exactly what I did. Works perfectly for washing cars.
