Deep scratches
A car has deep scratches that need repainting with touch up paint. What is the process after the paint application in order to make the car look like there was no damage? Would it need to be wet sanded, etc?

Re: Deep scratches
Touch up paint will disguise it but it won’t look perfect again unless a body shop actually fixes the damage.
Wet sanding can make the finish smoother but it will still be visible from close distance.

Re: Deep scratches
Body shops would want to repaint the whole panel which is expensive.
