Hi just about to apply to the dashboard of my car.

For 2 coats, how long do I leave the first before recoating?

I don't know if there is a real benefit to allowing time to go by after applying the first coat and before applying the second coat. Maybe contact 303 directly?

Can I use a Meguairs (yellow) foam applicator to apply?

Of course. Anything clean and soft.
