Before I added a heater to my garage I would transfer all products (except iron removing) to my basement

I move everything in the house for the winter. Polishes, compounds, coatings, wax, sealants stay in the house year round

No for Michigan. Even on the lowest temp my bottled beer will freeze a bit.

Agree with all of the guys above.

What I did was to buy a cheap-ish tote on Amazon meant for soccer moms to carry groceries in their SUV's. The one I bought is collapsible, but very sturdy.

Get one with a strap or carry handles on each side. It is easy to load all of your waxes/polishes/liquids into the tote, and then carry inside.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

I moved my stuff to the basement as well. I got a fairly large HDX heavy duty tote from Home Depot that's tall enough to fit spray bottles, gallons, etc. Also got a Sterilite caddy that I can load up with whatever I need to carry out to the garage.

I bought this from Home Depot for carrying the products I use the most in and out of the house

    Re: winter storage

I have my shop in my barn. It is mildly insulated and not tight at all. I have a hanging garage heater (Hot Dawg) and I keep it at 36° unless I'm in it which is maybe 5 or 6 eight hour days during the winter. In New Hampshire I probably use $300-350 worth of propane during Dec-March. It's the only place I have room to store things that cannot freeze and I'm OK with the cost. Just a thought.
