You could always try a leather coating. I have Gyeon shield but have yet to apply but have been using

Pinnacle Black Label Leather & Vinyl Coating

I use a M37 leather/vinyl coating a few times a year, and inbetween I use BF Interior Detail which specifically seems to be made to benefit leather. And it spreads much easier than leather conditioners, which I save only for seats.

I’m happy with the combo.

Those pictures made me miss my BMW.
