3D One AIO Polish Cure Time
Hi… I will like your advise as i am a newbie and want to be sure i am doing things well.
I started using 3D One AIO which i like on my cars where to me the paints are very good.
My question is, after i apply the AIO should i wait a fairly amount of time to cure in order to top it with a coat of wax or i can do it immediately?
Thanks in advance...

Re: 3D One AIO Polish Cure Time
3D ONE is not a AIO. It's a true compound or polish depending on pad used. 3D/HD speed is a AIO which offers protection.

Yes you are correct. I misspelled the name. 3D/HD is the one i have.
Should i leave it cure for any specific time prior a top of wax?

If you are looking for a killer AIO, Blackfire One Step is amazing. I top it with Blackfire liquid hybrid wax for extra pop and protection

I really like 3D HD speed. I tried the blackfire one step aoi and it was decent but prefer 3D HD speed and gave the blackfire to a friend. I follow it up with 3D poxy after speed.

After I leave the 3d speed on for an hr, i apply 3d poxy right away.

Ok. Yeah poxy is a great topper with speed. You can do it within an hour or so.

Perfect. That clarifies my doubts on the approach to use. This is getting complicated with so much options. Jajajajjajajaj
I was thinking to top it with Collinite 845.

Re: 3D One AIO Polish Cure Time
Just to chime in,
With 3D Speed, you allow it to fully dry so the wax component can best bond to the surface and to make wipe-off of the excess easy.
In a normal climate of 60 degrees to 80 degrees, this would be about 10 to 15 minutes. No need to wait any longer, there will be no extra benefit by waiting longer. In fact, if there's any air breeze or wind, airborne dirt and dust will land on the dried wax and stick to it.
So apply, work, allow to dry and then wipe-off.
After wipe-off, if you're going to top, then do so immediately, no need to wait.
