Prior to washing
Does anyone spray/apply a tar remover or the like to the lower quarter panels prior to washing? I always have the disappointment of after washing heavy dirt off the vehicle seeing tar/road grime that did not come off with the wash. Then I have to go over by hand with a tar remover. Is there anything that is potent enough to spray on prior that will remove it with the wash? Thanks

Re: Prior to washing
I use Turtle wax bug and tar remover but after the wash . Spray on let dwell a few minutes and wipe off . It actually works quite well

i use Carpro Tar x and the instructions say spray on and let it dwell then remove while washing. This is not exact instruction but it also says not to let it sit over 7 minutes. If your quarter panels ar excessively dirty I don't know how it will react. Mine car is normal road film.
