Wolfgang Uber coating - Priming and post priming
Hello,
I have two coatings to use this week.
I've seen the videos of Mike using PBL v2 on a charger on youtube so I have a good idea of what to do with that one.
However, having no videos where uber is being applied and only threads i have a couple of questions.
1. I notice the priming is with an X pattern. Once primed with the X do we add another line and then touch the paint? Or do we touch the paint with that X only.
2. After the first X, how much product do we subsequently apply to the applicator?
3. And how much product is good for one panel (door or half hood)?
TIA

Re: Wolfgang Uber coating - Priming and post priming
I personally like to prime with a X then make sure I prime my edges if using the lake country coating applicator. This will insure that the applicator doesnt get grabby.
Uber goes a long way. So once its primed do a section. You will get the feel for it quickly. Then usually a few small drops is all that's needed to do the next section. Like I said a little goes a long way.
